Lame. I wanted to see the poll results but didnt know it knocked out my vote if I did that.

Anyway I would have voted for single cause the witchblade is male.

I wanna see whatever Ron Marz can make the most interesting stories out of. That's really all that matters to me.

I said it before and I will say in again, Sara Pezzini should hook-up with Agent Ted Oldman. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

(if you don't know who Agent Ted Oldman, check the letter page in issue #70)

I kept it simple, so I voted for Gleason...

Probably would have voted for Ian, but with him in prison and the falling out with Sara the likely-hood of them together is nil.

I voted for Gleason. I know some people are complaining that he hasn't been fleshed out enough but he's been good to her so far and I think she would be dumb to leave such a great guy who puts up with all her baggage.

I voted for single because she's better off not having a lover in the mix

Agree with PFan we she didn't have a man for how long before Gleason came around? And she wasn't any better or worse off. The only thing Gleason does is basically keep her warm at night but guess wat a pillow and blanket can do a similar effect. I don't think she should be with anyone if she breaks up with/ something happens to Gleason.

Sara's an independent woman who doesn't need a man to complete her.

Judging from the below article from CBR, the Est. sales for Witchblade, which topped over 20k, suggests otherwise. Keep in mind, Witchblade has been around for 15 years and this is the first time in history (I think) the series cracked the 20k mark. I see no reason why it should revert back to the old Witchblade.

Ron's doing an excellent job thus far telling his story the way it is now. The numbers prove that.

Not really. Here are the monthly comics sales : http://www.icv2.com/articles/home/1850.html

If you look at the last months, you'll see that WB already topped 20k a few times.

If you look at 2001, you'll see that the book was topping over 30k.

And if you look at the Turner era in the end of the 90's, you'll see that the sales were much more higher...

Well, i like comics sales. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

As for this month's increase of WB, that's obviously a good sign.

And the success of Haunt and Image United gives me hope that readers will try other comics than Marvel/DC, like 10 years ago, and that the Marz/Sejic team-up will have the sales it deserves.

See, If it was me in Gleason's shoes, Id stay as far as I can when Sara's in full Witchblade armour. That, and Sara would want it that way too.
